Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please be advised, if the required notice has not been given, you will have to pay  the full appointment price and will forfeit your deposit

Please note that The Pamper Room reserves the right to refuse any future bookings

Missed Appointments/ No-Shows​

The full appointment price will be charged for No-Shows/ Missed Appointments. Gift vouchers will be void

Lateness

Please notify me if you are running a few minutes late and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please note; a delay exceeding 10 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will be required to pay the full price for the time that was reserved specifically for you. This ensures clients with appointments after you get to enjoy the time slot specifically reserved for them.

Similarly; if we do not hear from you, it will be considered a "No-Show" and the "Missed Appointments/ No-Shows" policy goes into effect for all affected treatments. ​

Booking Appointments

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of a booking. You can reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice & your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If the required minimum notice of 24 hours has not been given, you will be charged the full appointment price and forfeit your deposit. 
If you don't show up to your appointment or if your scheduled appointment cannot be carried out fully due to lateness, you will be charged the Full appointment price and forfeit your deposit.

Foot health screening and non-refundable booking fee policy

At The Pamper Room, client safety, sanitation, and health are our highest priorities. To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all clients, we conduct a health screening before each pedicure. If a client arrives with a visible fungal infection or other contraindicated condition, we will unfortunately have to decline the treatment to prevent cross-contamination. To account for the time reserved for your appointment, we require  a non-refundable booking fee at the time of the booking. This fee helps us cover the cost of preparation and time set aside, even if a service cannot be completed.

Therefore. we kindly ask all clients to conduct a self-check of their feet prior to the appointment and contact us if they have any concerns about the suitability of a pedicure treatment to avoid any disappointments.

Clients and children

Due to the meticulous nature of the treatments we provide, it is strongly recommended to make childcare arrangements for your appointment time at The Pamper Room. As a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children we do not allow any children under the age of 13. Thank you for understanding as we strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone. â€‹â€‹

Payment

We accept Cash and Twint QR code payment. Any other currency/form of payment will unfortunately be refused.​

Mobile phones

If you wish to be active on your phone during a treatment please ensure that it is not affecting the treatment in any way.

 

Rights reserved

Please note that The Pamper Room reserves the right to refuse the custom of any client who behaves in an impolite, rude, disrespectful or aggressive manner. A level of respect must be maintained at all times.
